  11. that someone else has already reported it.

  16. HandShake v2.20a has a different .parms file format from the previous versions.
  17. There is a program called CvtParms which is shipped with this release which
  18. will convert parms files from the old format to the new format. Typing
  19. "CvtParms ?" will display usage information for CvtParms.
